Use a lower assist level and a steady cadence where practical, keep tires inflated to the pressure in the bike or tire maker guidance, and start gently rather than at full assist. Plan for reduced range in cold weather. Watt-hours (V × Ah) are the honest capacity comparison—treat maker range claims as estimates, not guarantees.
